Modern concepts in cervical carcinogenesis

چکیده
The article discusses modern ideas about cervical carcinogenesis as a multi-stage process of multifactorial genesis. Currently, the pathogenesis cancer (CC) are based not only on understanding role high-risk oncogenic human papillomavirus (HPV) in this and accumulation genetic changes caused by it, but also formation complex HPV interactome, or network intermolecular interactions oncoproteins with host cell proteins. Carcinogenesis involves wide range epigenetic events and, above all, impairment regulatory function miRNAs. An important is attributed to concept stem cells (CSCs) formulated recent years, which closely related explanation disease recurrence treatment resistance, well new approaches treatment. cervicovaginal microbiome microenvironment, responsible for natural clearance HPV, regression epithelial lesions, modeling immune response, becoming promising objects research. aim review was present up-to-date information most mechanisms carcinogenesis, CC, based, particular, use knowledge miRNAs, CSC markers, state microbiota.

Modern Concepts in Evolutionary Genetics
Proceedings of the conference. ABSTRACT RecA protein catalyzes DNA strand exchange, a basic step of homologous recombination. RecA protein possesses two DNA binding sites. During DNA strand exchange, the primary site binds to ssDNA, forming the helical RecA nucleoprotein filament. The weaker secondary site binds dsDNA during the homology search process. Surprisingly, the secondary DNA binding s...
متن کاملModern concepts in diverticular disease.
Over the last decade there has been a striking shift in our understanding of the epidemiology, pathology, and management of diverticular disease. Indeed, many of the guidelines published in the late nineties and early 2000s are now redundant. High-fiber diets, avoidance of nuts and seeds, antibiotic treatment for mild diverticulitis, elective resection after 2 attacks of diverticulitis, Hartman...

Boutonniere injury orthosis (1) This orthosis (Figure 1) may be formed by direct application using Prenyl. This material has the advantage of being easily adjusted after immersion in hot water and then setting in cold. The at t i tude of 40 degrees of flexion of the distal end por t ion prevents the orthosis from slipping. Vitrathene and polypropylene may also be used; however, bo th require a ...
متن کاملAberrant methylation during cervical carcinogenesis.
We studied the pattern of aberrant methylation during the multistage pathogenesis of cervical cancers. We analyzed a total of 73 patient samples and 10 cervical cancer cell lines. In addition, tissue samples [peripheral blood lymphocytes (n = 10) and buccal epithelial cells (n = 12)] were obtained from 22 healthy volunteers. On the basis of the results of preliminary analysis, the cervical samp...
متن کاملThe role of TP53 in Cervical carcinogenesis.
Functional loss of the tumor suppressor p53 by alterations in its TP53 gene is a frequent event in cancers of different anatomical regions. Cervical cancer is strongly linked to infection by high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) types. The viral oncoprotein E6 has the ability to associate with and neutralize the function of p53. E6 interacts with a 100-kDa cellular protein, termed E6 associated ...
